Lexington Christian Academy’s theater troupe, Acting in the Spaces, is pleased to present a musical version of Kenneth Grahame’s The Wind in the Willows, adaptation and music by Douglas Post.  According to Rat, the perfect way to spend the day is a peaceful excursion up the river with his friend, Mole, while anticipating the delights of a picnic lunch.  But…Toad enters the scene and Rat, Mole and Badger soon find themselves caught up in Toad’s humorous escapades.  The most loyal of friends, they can’t let the brilliant, handsome, dashing Mister Toad go it alone!  True to the original story and with live accompaniment, this enchanting literary classic is for theater goers of all ages.

Performances are on April 23 and 24 at 7:30pm and on April 25 at 2pm at the Quakertown Christian School at 50 E. Paletown Road in Quakertown, PA.  Ticket cost is $7 and seating is reserved. For information and tickets, call 215-348-0838.
